The Ilikai is well known for its great location on Waikiki Beach. You can enjoy this 1 bedroom condo with a full kitchen in the world famous home of "Hawaii Five-O" and "Bay Watch". The convenience of a condo with all the amenities of a hotel, 2 swimming pools, tennis, great restaurants and cocktail areas. The top of the "I" has the most commanding view in all of Waikiki and its just a glass elevator ride from your door. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily at Canoes and "Junior" (our favorite bartender) is always ready with a Mai Tai and a story. Don't miss the yacht race from the Hawaii Yacht Club and the Waikiki Yacht Club every Friday just before sunset. A little later in the evening enjoy the fireworks on Waikiki Beach. Walk to Ala Moana shopping cnter to see all that Hawaii has to offer the visitors and the locals. It's all right here waiting for you in Honolulu at the Ilikai. PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit is due within 14 days of making a reservation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $50.00 processing fee on all reservations.
CHECK IN
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. If you require early check in or late check out an additional day will be charged.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $200-500 will be collected for all reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% FORFEITED IF CANCELLED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED "R.R.G". NO REFUND IF CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL OR FOR EARLY DEPARTURES UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED "R.R.G". All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee unless you have purchased "R.R.G".
