Our Reservation Refund Guarantee takes the "what if"s" out of your life and lets you relax and enjoy thinking about your vacation. We will refund your entire paid reservation amount less 20% in the event of any ILLNESS or DEATH emergency that requires you to cancel your reservation at any time prior to your arrival. 

Once you have arrived at your vacation rental property this will no longer apply.  In the event that you are required to leave prior to your scheduled departure date you will not be refunded any unused portion.  This is only for an illness or death emergency supported by documents.
