Reservation & Deposit Policy

The first deposit (20% of the total charge) is due within 5 days of making this reservation. The final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. If this reservation is made within 60 days prior to arrival, total payment is due within 3 days of making this reservation.

Reservation Refund Guarantee takes the "what ifs" out of life and lets you relax and enjoying thinking about your Hawaiian vacation.  We will refund your entire paid reservation less twenty percent (20%) should you need to cancel in the event of ILLNESS or DEATH in at any time prior to your arrival.  This policy is only for an illness or death supported by documentation.

Once you have arrived, this policy will no longer apply.  In the event you are required to leave prior to your scheduled departure date you will not be refunded any unused portion. 

Reservation Refund Guarantee is included in the quoted rate shown on the booking.  There will be no additional fee charged for this service.  Now relax and look forward to warm tradewinds and balmy nights.

Cancellation Policy

Fifty percent (50%) forfeited if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.  All reservations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
