This unit has a perfect location right at the water's edge with a wrap-around balcony. The condo's cleaning service is first-rate with a fine-eye for the details which was much appreciated. IF you want to cook, everything you need is there. And if you want to just sit outside and enjoy the surroundings, well, you should as it doesn't get much better than this. KVR has always used cleaning products with disinfectant. In addition to normal cleaning procedures, there is increased attention to high touch areas, and much more. We are supplying properties with extra hand sanitizer, face masks and toiletries for use in the property and to take along. Check-in is via Electronic lock or Lock box directly at the accommodation.

CY asked "What are the benefits of having a hot tub in Hawaii"? We will never know because this place was so comfy and in such a beautiful location that the hot tub never got used. But we knew it was there in case. The house is specious and comfortable, with lots of places to relax and have down time, or congregate with friends. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one down stairs. We watched sunsets, played in the pool, swam off the rocks (Although you have to time the waves correctly), played board games and watched Moana on the big 65" TV they have there. The kitchen is well equipped, although, personally There are some snorkeling masks and snorkels there along with swim shoes and mats. The patio makes a perfect way to start or end the day. If you try out the Hot Tub, let us know how it is. . . :)

This was a wonderful vacation spot. Great location in Kona. We watched beautiful sunsets every night. Ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. Beds and living room are were comfortable. Access to the water in the back-“yard” was lots of fun! Craig, the host was super responsive and helpful. When I go back to the big island I’m definitely staying there again!
